Bloodseeker Mid Solo ? Offlane ? Safe Lane Tri?

Afternoon folks, recently Blood seeker has been buffed by a decent amount and many teams have started to try him out in pubs and competitive games. But the question stands. Which lane should he go to ?

Lets first look at the positive aspect of this Hero.

1) Massive Regeneration

Bloodbath

Blood seeker regains a portion of his HP by killing a creep or Hero.

Creep : 10%/15%/20%/25% of Creeps Max HP.

This skill suggests that he might be viable against a Ranged Carry at Mid such as QoP. Simply by getting levels in this skill he can regain a recent amount of HP by last hitting creeps or survive in a Safe Lane while supports can hide in the jungle getting exp and intercept any ganks aimed at Blood.

2) Tower diving abilities

Thanks to the recent buff, Bloodseeker has decent armour buffs when Thirst is on. This gives him addition tankiness to take tower damage while chasing. He still can be CC-ed by spells.

3) Single target Silence.

He is one of the few Heroes with a long duration in built silence. This allows him to take on Heroes with escape mechanism or casters denying them from doing anything.

4) Dispel

With the recent addition Blood rage now dispels buffs. This means living armour, refraction, sprint and surge can be countered by blood rage !
------------

Let's look at his negative points

1) He needs levels.

His main damage output comes out from Rupture. Which is only available at Level 6. A decent Level in thirst for the armour and speed bonus. Without levels, he won't be doing much and just be a sitting duck with a silence.

2) He has no reliable disable.

Pretty much dead with he gets ganked by 2-3 person without thirst on.

3) His main damaging buff Skill and silence / dispel is the same skill.

This means that if BS is buffed he can't silence and if he silence his damage buff will be delayed.

4) Lack of Bottle usage and Rune Control

Bottle is currently the emphasis of every mid lane fight (resulted in the recent bottle crow nerf )

BS has huge lack of rune control (unless he has the Thirst buff on.

-----

Looking at his flaws and strengths. It looks to me that his role as a Mid solo will be what makes BS shine. Getting an early Level 6 followed by ganking the side lanes with rupture makes him such a huge threat. However he might still get outlaned with the usual high tier mid heroes such as QoP TA due to their ability to control the runes effectively.

Nevertheless we have to look at how the pro teams might experiment with him and from then the trend of using BS will start . Just like hoe armlet bear was publicized (RIP Armlet Bear 6.77)
